{"id":472,"date":"2010-09-27T05:54:55","date_gmt":"2010-09-27T03:54:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.agoji.com\/goji-berries-juice-goji-berry-super-fruit-lycium-barbarum-himalaya-tibet\/?p=472"},"modified":"2015-10-16T17:04:14","modified_gmt":"2015-10-16T15:04:14","slug":"recipe-jam","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.agoji.com\/\/goji-berries\/recipe-jam\/","title":{"rendered":"Recipe for Goji Berries"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Somes Goji berry recipes&#8230;<\/h2>\n<p><strong>1.Goji berry jam<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1\/2 cup of goji berries, soaked in water for about an hour<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 cup of dried prunes<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp honey<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp ginger powder<\/p>\n<p>2 tbsp of lemon juice<\/p>\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Put all ingredients in a blender or food processor.<\/p>\n<p>Blend until pureed.<\/p>\n<p>Store the jam in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.<\/p>\n<p>Goji berry jam spread between two pieces of Arnold?s Sandwich Thins<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.Goji Berry Pecan Scones (Gluten Free and Vegan!)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Makes 6 medium\/large scones<\/p>\n<p>2c rice flour<\/p>\n<p>1tbsp aluminum free baking powder<\/p>\n<p>1\/2tsp salt<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp cinnamon<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 tsp cloves powder<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 c goji berries<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 c pecan pieces\/chips<\/p>\n<p>1\/3 c canola oil<\/p>\n<p>1\/3 c agave nectar<\/p>\n<p>1 tbsp vanilla extract<\/p>\n<p>1\/3 c rice, soy or almond milk<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.<\/p>\n<p>In a bowl, combine and mix together the dry ingredients (except for goji berries and pecans). In<\/p>\n<p>a separate bowl, beat together wet ingredients. Stir the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until<\/p>\n<p>just combined. The texture will be crumbly (this is normal!). Stir in goji berries and pecan pieces.<\/p>\n<p>Take a handful of dough and knead it together, shaping into a scone, and place on the parchment-<\/p>\n<p>lined baking sheet. If you notice the dough becoming too crumbly to form a scone, just add a<\/p>\n<p>splash of milk to the dough and continue to knead. After scones are lined up on the baking sheet,<\/p>\n<p>bake on the center rack for 20 minutes.
